And it doesn't end with football, there are still the men and women of Bama Baseball, Softball, and Basketball, to name a few. The ladies of the Gymnastics team have 5 National Championships and a NCAA-record 26 Regional championships, and still have time to fight breast cancer at their meets. But, it's the fans that set it off. With one of the most beautiful campuses around, accented by a rich history, you would be hard-pressed to find a better locale to get rowdy on game days. The sight of houndstooth hats, toilet paper rolls on top of tide detergent boxes, throngs of people in crimson and white, and the low din of the fight song energizing the on-campus atmostphere, is enough to bring a smile and a tear to the toughest alumnus.
